On tonights episode of the Ultimate Fighter we got to see a shocking but great fight between Jamie Yager and Josh Bryant and also Tito gets sent home by Dana. So who replaced Tito? Read more to find out!

Ultimate Fighter Season 11 Episode 10 Recap and Results!


Tonights show picked up where last weeks left off, and that was with Dana telling Chuck that Tito pulled out of the fight. Chuck was pissed and said, "That fucking pussy, I told you he was going to do this bullshit. The Only reward to the show was getting to punch him in the head afterwards." Of course it was bleeped on TV :)

Ortiz goes on to explain that he needs surgery on his neck. "I guess it’s God trying to see what kind of person I am."

So the last semi final fight was between Yager and Bryant. They showed a lot of Yager talking about how he was going to knock out Bryant. Bryant was more straight to the point saying "My plan is to hit him first, then take him down."

The Fight was great. Both fighters came to fight. Yager was throwing a lot of kicks and Bryant was kind of sticking to the outside. Yager is quick and Bryant hasn't seemed to get his timing down. With about a minute left in the round Bryant connects with a over hand right that puts Yager on the mat. Bryant jumps on but is unable to do much damage.

In the second Yager is still throwing a lot of leg kicks and body kicks and connects with most of the but Bryant doesn't seem phased. Due to all the kicks Yager goes down once or twice but is able to get back up. There is a bt of a flurry and Bryant catches Yager with a hook that puts him on the mat again. Bryant jumps on and is able to land some elbows and a few strikes. At one point he had Yager in the crucifix, landing some elbows and strikes. You can hear Ortiz yelling don't quit from the end of the round all the way up to when he gets in the cage. That had me wondering if he thought Yager had no heart.

The judges send it to a third round. Yager didn't want to get on his stool. Yager didn't want any more of Josh Bryant. He quit. He ended up getting taken out to the ambulance with a neck brace on. Chuck came running into the ring saying "Just like Tito!" and Tito walked out of the gym saying Yager was a Pussy.

So after the fight Tito got the news that he was getting sent home. Well actually sent to the best neck doctor in the country the next day. Dana also informed him that someone else took the fight with Chuck and that it was over. Tito was in shock and left the training center without telling his team. Dana went and told his team but had thought Tito had already told them. The team was bummed that Tito just left without saying anything but Tito came to the house later and talked with them and told them what was going on.

The next day Dana announces the semi-final fights.

Dana also tells team Ortiz that their new coach is already on the way and that they won't be disappointed. He doesn't tell them who the coach is, but it's no other than Rich Franklin. They don't show who the other secret assistant coaches are but Dana says not to worry that they overcompensated. So tune in next week for a 2 hour season finale and find out who moves on to the finals and if Yager gets beat down in the house!
